The journal for writing, the app for your voice
Every morning, a few minutes of heart coherence breathing to calm your nervous system, then your affirmations recorded in your own voice, then a guided visualization of the life you are building. A QR code at each Khonsu practice opens the app in the right place.
- Your morning ritual, flowing from one step to the next on its own.
- Your affirmations in your own voice, recorded once, listened to every day.
- Your moons, with lunar meditations and the history of your intentions.
Nothing is shipped, no delivery costs.
